| An occupational therapist by background, Catherine has more than 20 years of experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation settings. Prior to joining HealthSouth in Concord in 2005, Catherine served as the chief operating officer at Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital and executive vice president at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital in Massachusetts. Catherine holds a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Boston University and a master’s degree from Marist College. |

| Dr. Kazmouz attended the University of The Punjab Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his family practice residency as The Henry Ford Hospital and went on to complete a geriatric fellowship at the University of Michigan. Additionally, in 2005, Dr. Kazmouz obtained his MBA degree from the University of Michigan. Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Kazmouz formerly practiced at Mercy Medical Center in Sacramento, California, where he provided full time medical care on a Continuing Care Unit. Dr Kazmouz brings to HealthSouth Concord, many years of post acute experience including, private practice, hospice, home health, and hospital based medicine. In addition to providing medical directorship to HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Concord, Dr. Kazmouz is a full-time attending physician at the hospital. |

| Jeanine has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. After receiving her degree in accounting, Jeanine worked for five years in public accounting before joining the private sector. Her experience includes 11 years in manufacturing with progressive positions including chief financial officer for five years. Jeanine also worked for six years as finance manager for Aetna Insurance (formerly NYLCare) of Maine. Jeanine has been a member of the HealthSouth team since 2002. |
| Wendi Guillette | |

| Wendi completed a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of New Hampshire in 1995 followed by an internship at HealthSouth Concord. This experience solidified her desire to focus her career on adult rehabilitation. Since then, she has worked in numerous healthcare settings including acute care, home care, sub acute and outpatient. Wendi rejoined the HealthSouth team as the inpatient Therapy Team Leader in 2002 and was promoted to Director of Therapy Operations in July 2011. In addition to her work at HealthSouth, she also serves on the New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Governing Board and is a member of the New Hampshire Brain Injury Provider Council. |

| Susan comes to HealthSouth with an extensive background in healthcare marketing and administration. Her range of experience is broad and includes the design, planning and operations of healthcare facilities. Known especially for her collaborative style, Susan builds successful partnerships and relationships with healthcare providers and community groups across the continuum. The hallmark of her work is maintaining a balance on customer service and effective operations. She most recently served as President of the Board of Directors of one of the largest not-for-profit Hospice organizations in Connecticut. |

| Myra brings more than six years of human resource experience in a health care setting to Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Concord. In the course of a diverse 18-year career in hospitality, she has gained experience to be a proactive management executive with strong leadership skills in strategic planning and implementing policies and programs based on company oriented goals. |

| Joe has more than 32 years of rehabilitation nursing experience. Joe holds certifications in rehabilitation nursing and neuroscience nursing. In addition to working at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Concord, Joe is a part of the adjunct clinical faculty at New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, where he provides clinicial instruction to nursing students. Joe has lectured on various topics, including pressure ulcer prevention, neurological diseases, diabetes, spinal cord injury and brain attacks. |
